Lawrence Graham has a strong corporate banking practice, providing a full range of debt finance and treasury services to AIM and mid-market corporates with the practice focusing primarily on borrower clients. We have experience in a broad range of debt finance transactions including leveraged finance acquisitions, refinancings and the provision of working capital facilities. Borrower clients range from AIM-listed companies to larger corporate borrowers including Scottish & Newcastle Plc, Micro Focus International Plc, Clipper Windpower Plc and Wilmington Group plc.
The team, in conjunction with specialist departments covering corporate, regulatory, pensions, employment, intellectual property, real estate, litigation and tax, provide a full service to its clients, whether lenders or borrowers, enabling the team to effectively execute large, complex multi-jurisdictional debt transactions.
