Employment

Lawrence Graham acts for a range of clients across many business sectors.  Recently, we have advised on significant discrimination claims against an international trade body and against a construction company. 

We have advised financial services and other institutions on enforcement and management of confidentiality and restrictive covenant clauses and duties arising in the context of team moves.

We have advised a number of major providers of outsourced services on their obligations under TUPE on entering and existing contracts.
