New cookies law - are you now compliant? 31st May 2012
From 26 May 2012, the new Cookies legislation will be enforced by the Information commissioner's Office.

Regulations introduced last year say that an organisation cannot use cookies to store or gain access to information stored on a user's computer or device, unless the user is provided with clear and concise information about the cookies, and then given their consent. With companies being given until the end of May 2012 to comply, time is now running out to amend the process by which cookies are used on websites.
