ExpertiseYvonne advises on all aspect of employment law – both contentious and non-contentious matters. She has particular interests in TUPE and in issues arising in connection with team moves, restrictive covenants and use of confidential information.
In addition to employment legislation, Yvonne advises also on matters such as the FSA Remuneration Code and duties of directors and senior executives.
She advises also in relation to partnership disputes.
ExperienceYvonne has recently advised on TUPE issues arising out of a number of changes of service provisions and in particular on consultation obligations. She has defended teams against allegations of misuse of confidential information following a move to a competitor. She has advised in respect of a number of discrimination claims to focusing on allegations made by employees in relation to age, sex and race.
