Expertise

Penny was Lawrence Graham's senior partner from February 2008 to April 2011, having been managing partner since May 2002.  Prior to this, Penny was head of real estate from 1998 to 2002.

Penny's professional expertise is in dispute resolution, specialising in property-related and commercial disputes.  Penny has particular expertise in arbitration and advises arbitrators in rent review arbitrations.  She can sit as an arbitrator or an expert and determine 1954 Act lease renewals.

Penny is currently based in Singapore as she is spearheading the opening of Lawrence Graham's new office in the city.  The firm has recently formed an alliance with well-respected full service corporate and commercial lawyers PK Wong and Associates LLC.  A license to practice is expected to be granted by the government of Singapore shortly.
