- Advised BlackRock Frontiers Investment Trust plc on its £94 million placing, offer for subscription and flotation on the Main Market.
- Advised Cenkos Securities on numerous flotations and secondary issues by investment companies including Thames River Multi Hedge PCC Limited, Bramdean Alternatives Limited, BlackRock Hedge Selector Limited, Jupiter Second Split Trust plc and Henderson Far East Income Trust plc.
- Advised Advance Developing Markets Trust plc, an investment trust listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, on its reconstruction by way of a section 110 scheme and the introduction of Advance Developing Markets Fund Limited to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
- Advised Development Securities plc on the £62 million acquisition of the Manchester Evening News (MEN) Arena Complex.
- Advised Acorn Gobal Investments Limited on its takeover offer for Dhir India Investments plc.
