LG advises Golden Prospect Precious Metals Limited on its £18.6m capital raising on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange
Lawrence Graham ("LG") has advised Golden Prospect Precious Metals Limited ("GPPM") on its placing and bonus issue of subscription shares on a one-for-two basis, raising £18.6 million. Partner Jeffrey Elway led the team at LG, which included corporate associates Farhod Moghadam, Jenna Beever and Esterina Fiore.
GPPM is a Guernsey-incorporated fund investing primarily in precious metals including gold, silver and palladium and whose portfolio currently comprises securities listed on the Australian, Toronto and London stock exchanges. GPPM, formerly listed on AIM, is now listed on the CISX, with its shares also being admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's SETSqx trading platform.
