LG advises Cenkos on £18m oil and gas placing
International business law firm Lawrence Graham LLP ("LG") has advised nominated adviser and broker Cenkos Securities Plc ("Cenkos") in relation to a fundraising for Canadian oil and gas company Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. ("Caza").
Caza, which is dual listed on AIM and Canada's TSX, has raised approximately £18.9 million by way of a placing of new ordinary shares with institutional investors in the UK, and intends to use the proceeds to fund future drilling, reworking and exploration projects.
The LG Corporate team advising Cenkos was led by Corporate partner Geoff Gouriet and Corporate associate Fiona Smith.
Geoff said: "We are delighted to have acted act for Cenkos in this fundraising for Caza, which again shows that AIM-quoted oil and gas companies continue to attract institutional investors in a difficult market."
